Chick-fil-A Is A Place Made For

growth and community!

At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it is an opportunity. It is a stepping-stone to a successful future. In addition to working directly for an Independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.

At CFA, our Operators consider their team members as much more than employees. Everyone serves together to build something special for our teams and our community.

Scholarships at Chick-fil-A began when founder Truett Cathy set an empty mayonnaise jar on his restaurant counter to start a college fund for Team Member Eddie White. Since 1973, Chick-fil-A has invested $92 million in scholarships to help over 59,000 Team Members pursue a college education and achieve their remarkable future — whether it’s with Chick-fil-A or elsewhere.

At Chick-fil-A Goodyear and Avondale we believe in the future of our students. Applications to the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship are available to all Team Members pursuing their education. Our team has been awarded $300,000 worth of scholarships over the past 4 years.

What I appreciate most about Chick-fil-A is the positive atmosphere that you work in. The leadership team is very friendly and supportive and want the best for the team. I call them my Chick-fil-A family! Why? Because I feel loved, supported, and have tons of fun with them!
