At Chick-fil-A, our franchised Operators are personally committed to and involved in the daily operations of the business. Chick-fil-A Operators manage their restaurants on a full-time, hands-on basis as their sole business venture.
Bruce Ploeser is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has been a Chick-fil-A Operator since 2000. He and his wife, Kerry, are natives of Glendale and settled in the West Valley in 2003 with their children Bruce, Abbie, Jack, and Daniel. They have added to their family over the years welcoming a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The Ploesers are proud and active members of their community and are devoted to serving others both inside and outside the restaurant.
Bruce is committed to providing guests with the highest quality of service upon every visit. He and his team endeavor to foster an environment that feels like an extension of your own kitchen – they will always treat guests as if they are members of the family. Bruce strives to develop lasting relationships with his guests and is always willing to go the second mile to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Our leadership team may look young, but they have over 100 years of industry experience between them. This group is dedicated to serving guests and our team by building relationships and developing young leaders.







Chick-fil-A has been home to many over the years, longer for some than others, but each one has a special place in our history. We take great pride in being a workplace that supports our team in their personal and professional development to pursue their dreams. We’ve had hundreds of team members launch from our team into their careers as nurses, doctors, into the military, as teachers, Chick-fil-A Operators, law-enforcement, counselors, pastors, etc. We’ve even had a few “chick-filationships” resulting in numerous marriages and children. Whether a Team Members time with us is for a short season or long term, it is our pleasure to welcome them into our family. Our desire is to help our team members find their calling and launch in that direction.
